Hi! I’m a 30 year old female and I got out of a bad depression recently and started going to the gym again. I noticed I gained fat in my back, shoulders, and sides throughout my depression episode which last from winter to mid March (probably seasonal). Looking back at my old gym photos I noticed I was literally at my peak and now my clothes aren’t fitting around my stomach area and it’s messing with me big time. I want to cut and try a new fitness program to get my muscle definition back. I’m currently using a program but it’s been 2 years and the trainer seems all over the place with switching workouts constantly (not sticking to one routine 6-8 weeks). I want a new challenge so I can create new goals and get excited again. Anyone use a program?
