I HAVE REGISTERED FOR IMUCET AS OBC-NCL RANK, BUT I DO NOT HAVE AN "NCL "CENTRAL LIST CERTIFICATE ,AND NOW I AM NOT ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR OBC-NCL CERTIFICATE DUE TO MORE INCOME THAN 8 LAKH , SO WILL THEY REJECT ME DURING COUNSELLING OR CONSIDER ME AS GENRAL IN SECOND ROUND.
