Hi sourdough warriors

I’m from the Netherlands and I’m thinking about introducing this sourdough starter set in my webshop/store. Before I launch it, I would genuinely love to hear feedback from people who actually bake with sourdough regularly.

What do you think of the set overall? Is there anything essential missing? Or maybe something you personally always wish starter kits included?

Any advice, criticism, or suggestions are hugely appreciated.
