Should I retract my resignation? They want me to stay.

Hi,

I  recently submitted my resignation because I suddenly realized how much stress my job has been giving me. Even outside of work, I couldn’t stop worrying about it. I was constantly anxious and even dreaming about it.

We had a call where they asked if I was already sure about resigning and what my reason was. I told them it’s mainly due to workload, and there are also constant process changes that make things worse.

They asked me to reconsider because they don’t want to lose “talented people,” and said they can provide more support and improvements. I told them I’ll think about it and decide by Friday.

Now I’m stuck. I don’t have another job lined up yet, and financially I can’t really afford to be unemployed.

And I’m the type who can’t really say no, so I feel like I’m obliged to stay when they ask me to.

But at the same time, every day I stay, another reason appears that makes me want to leave even more.

Should I stay or go????
