Okay so I have been going back and forth on lab grown for a while now and this kind of pushed me closer to just doing it. My future sister in law just got engaged and her ring is a mined stone, probably cost three or four times what a lab grown would. We were sitting at dinner and both had our hands on the table and I kept looking back and forth trying to spot some obvious difference and I genuinely couldn't find one. Both sparkly, both clear, nothing that jumped out at me.
Now I'm just really curious how it holds up over time. Like right now they look identical but what about a year from now, two years, five years. Does it stay that clear or does it start to look different after daily wear. I feel like that's the part nobody really talks about, everyone shows you the before but not the after.
If anyone here has had theirs for a while I would genuinely love to know how its holding up.
