I’ve found out my manager has been wanting to take me off the schedule because of my epilepsy. I have rarely called out. I’m an eye for an eye person and won’t just let that happen.

Has anyone sued their employer for similar reasons? If so was it worth it? Did you get any compensation? And how did you go about it?
