Bottom coin the S is squished compared to my other 3 mark on top. Is it a fake?

Never seen anything like this. The eagle and head on each side are way out of alignment. Any authenticity issues here?

Bought a few coins on auction but for some the picture had I guess less lighting? Where it was hard to tell if it was cleaned or had the old grit. I very much prefer 100 year old coins to look 100 years old, but a 5 and 3 mark are so shiny. I'm not feeling great about the shiny ones. What are your thoughts? Chapgpt says it's possible a shiny German Empire coin was either cleaned or not cleaned but lightly circulated. Any possibility of that here?
