An Open Letter to the CEO of Bricks & Minifigs
Dear Ammon,
You inherited a trusted brand.
Then you took a controversy that should have been resolved quickly and turned it into a complete fucking disaster.
The original dispute may have started this fire.
Your response poured gasoline on it.
Now franchise owners across the country are paying the price for your incompetence. Small business owners who had absolutely nothing to do with this mess are getting hammered because your leadership couldn’t figure out how to handle a crisis without making it worse.
The public isn’t talking about the original controversy anymore.
They’re talking about you.
Your judgment.
Your decisions.
Your complete failure to understand that protecting trust matters more than winning an argument.
A CEO’s job is to protect the brand.
Instead, you’ve become the biggest threat to it.
What should have been a bump in the road has become a case study in how to completely shit away years of goodwill.
Your franchise owners deserved better.
Your customers deserved better.
And quite frankly, your brand deserved a hell of a lot better than the leadership it got.
Sincerely,
A Former Supporter of Bricks & Minifigs
