Problem with burnt patches
When I use my cast iron skillet to make corn tortillas or naan, I cook at a fairly high temperature to ensure both are cooked properly. However, I often end up with patches of burnt dough stuck to the skillet. Even though I clean it thoroughly using a steel wool and chainmail scrubber, I still can’t completely remove the residue that remains on the surface. Does anyone have any advice?
