HEO Interview Strength Only Questions
I have an interview coming up for an HEO role and assumed it would be a mix of behaviour and strength questions. However, when I checked the advert again this morning I realized it says nothing about behaviour questions (image below). Is that possible? Has anyone ever attended an interview consisting of only strength questions at this level?
