Hi - I’d appreciate any knowledge on what might be happening here - it’s a small hedge between myself and my neighbours front patch of grass. It’s been minding its own business for 8 years since planted by the house builder but has turned brown and has a sort of fluff on it. There are still green shots poking through. Not sure what to do for the best. Many thanks
