Holter monitor results - No PVC caught

Indication: Palpitations
Patient with a monitor for 7 days. Average heart rate was 81 bpm. Minimum heart rate was 56 bpm. Maximal heart rate was 179 bpm.
Rhythm throughout the study was sinus rhythm. There were no PVCs or PACs noted. No sustained arrhythmias, heart block or pauses greater than 2 seconds. There were several patient symptoms recorded throughout the study that were described as
"dizziness/lightheadedness, heart skipping or pounding, anxiety" that correlated to sinus rhythm to sinus tachycardia with heart rates ranging from 83 bpm to 149 bpm. Some of the episodes occurred while exercising.
Conclusion:

  1. 7-day Holter monitor with the rhythm throughout the study being sinus rhythm. There were no PACs, PVCs, sustained arrhythmias,
heart block or pauses greater than 2 seconds.
  2. There were several patient symptoms recorded throughout the study that were described as "dizziness/lightheadedness, heart skipping or pounding, anxiety" that correlated to sinus rhythm to sinus tachycardia with heart rates ranging from 83 bpm to 149 bpm.

I felt my very first PVC 2 months ago, it was a hard thump followed by tachycardia, then I also started getting some PACs but I don’t have them frequently and it says none were captured on my monitor. However, I remember a distinct albeit much lighter “thump” sensation while I was doing a light jog on the monitor. I don’t even understand what I felt now since it says I didn’t have a pvc again. The 189 bpm was during a panic attack. Should I still do an echo? Thank you

Got my holter results back

I am relieved that there was no arrhythmias but I’m also confused because I was sure I felt something like a PVC atleast once during my test but apparently I had none. The 179 bpm was during a panic attack and it felt so scary. I know for sure I’ve had a PVC before because I felt it on the treadmill for the first time two months ago. But does this mean I’m good? I still have an echo to do.

Anxious about heart monitor results

I sent my heart monitor back a day ago but lately I’ve been stressed out over what they’ll find. The first day I had it on I got a panic attack at the gym where my heart rate shot up to 170 and I took off my watch in panic. I’ve been reading online about nsvt, svt etc and I’m worried I experienced one of those. I also experienced a PVC on the monitor while doing a light jog around the house I think. The past few months I’ve experienced PVC/ PAC and now I’m just worried that my high heart rates during a panic attack is something scary since my heart rate is a minimum of 150 during a panic and goes up to 175.

I think I experienced some PVCs

I am new to these terms and noticing the sensation itself and I’ve been trying to figure out what exactly happened to me. 2 months ago I was on the treadmill after having a stressful morning + caffeine and I felt this huge thump in my chest like someone punched me a little in the chest, following that I immediately got a huge spike in heart rate (maybe from the adrenaline) my HR went upto 170.

After that episode I felt some fluttering in my chest occasionally (not the thump). I currently have a heart monitor on but as I was jogging around the house today (I’m not a runner) I was doing exposure therapy for my cardio phobia but I once again felt a thump sensation, this one didn’t feel quite as hard but it was a distinct sensation still. After that I did my best to stay calm and not add panic but I noticed my heart rate still took 2 mins to start going down from 165 bpm. I will have my monitor on for another week so I know I’ll get my answers soon. But I’m still new to these symptoms and a little scared since the PVC feeling seems to come on during exercise.
