The "it's all my fault" squad.
I'm gonna hazard a guess there's a lot of crossover between these two fandoms.

I think she played guitar once in s1. Would be fun to see her go from punching faces to melting them.
Note to the mods- I know this is a little off topic, but please read this whole post before removing it. I promise it's worth it, and there is a very important message at the end.
We went from arcane to rewatching the bear, and I haven't been able to shake this thought. As a person who is the S/O to a traumatized person, the last scene really stuck with me. Caitlyn asks Violet "Are you still in this fight?", and after a long pause, she says "I am the dirt under your fingernails, there's nothing that's gonna clean me out".
I get that she was basically saying 'im still here, and I'm not going anywhere." But I think it's more than that. Not only is she literally referring to herself as dirt, I feel like her answer also shows that she lacks a sense of belonging, which makes total sense. Vi basically became an adult behind bars and even after Caitlyn got her released, she was just bouncing around from one traumatic event to another.
Bringing it back to the bear, Carmy got away from his abusive childhood home after the fish incident, and essentially buried himself in the culinary arts. However, it made no difference to the damage that was already done. When Nat called to tell him about Mikey, he literally >!put his hand on a hot burner because he didn't want to feel the pain of losing Mikey!< . Vi's background is far more tragic than Carmy (I know, apples and oranges), so you cannot tell me Vi and Caitlyn just live "happily ever after" after what they've been through.
Caits question "are you still in this flight?" Shows that she understands that trauma is a never ending battle. She also has the luxury of having had a proper childhood, an education, loving parents (in season 1), and presumably a network of friends. For Vi, Cait is more or less all she has left.
After everything Vi has been though, all of a sudden being thrust into an upper class brownstone life has gotta feel extremely alien to her. Presumably she will play an integral part in bringing the under city and the rest of Piltover together. That may give her a purpose, but it may also isolate her further. Any friends she did have will think she 'changed' because she 'turned blue coat', and anyone around her new life may consider her an outsider. Like Carmy, I'm sure she will bury herself in her work, which will only push her trauma further down.
After >!having Jinx sacrifice herself after establishing that she was suicidal (like what the fuck was that about?)!< I think they should show that, even if you're THE big strong bad ass that saves the world, it's ok to ask for help if you are struggling. Vi needs to learn that she can't punch away her past.
Season 3 should show them trying to move forward into a future together after the events of season 2. Moving in with Caitlyn is definitely an upgrade from being drunk and alone in that studio apartment, but Vi will soon start to wonder why she still feels empty when she seemingly has everything she could ever want. Vi will obviously try to reassure Caitlyn and everyone else in her life that she is ok despite the liquor cabinet being much emptier than usual. At some point she will have her proverbial 'call from Nat' moment/ incident, (Possibly triggered by the one year memorial of the battle) and there will be no denying that she needs professional help. We already saw what happens when Vi is left to her own devices, and who knows how much longer she would've survived in that state if Jinx hadn't shown up.
At the same time, they should show Caitlyn's perspective (which is one I am very familiar with). She just wants to make the person she loves feel better and allow her to feel happiness again. However Caitlyn will ultimately end up feeling helpless because she is not equipped to help Vi through her trauma. An overabundance of love may help, but it simply does not work on its own. No amount of bandages can fix a bullet to the chest. It needs to be opened up to repair the damage.
There are many other character that they will/are developing into the bad asses I'm sure they are, and it should be interesting to see how the future of Piltover plays out. But if any character deserves to live a peaceful life full of love and happiness, it's Violet. Maybe I'm just projecting, Idk.
And remember everyone, it's ok to ask for help if you need it.
Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.
I'm not crying, you're crying.
