Hey guys, just did an ACL reconstruction on my left knee, and after surgery on my 6th day post op I have this massive throbbing sensation on my leg when I stand up (almost like all the blood goes gushing down and my leg feels about to burst).
How do you handle this? I tried sitting a bit before standing up, “ankle pumps”, snug knee branch and nothing seems to help the slightest.
Anyone that passed from this has any suggestions?
