What does it mean if only alcohol was tested in a blood test opposed to everything
Going thru a DUI, results came back 0.00 for alcohol. My lawyer said they either didnt test for drugs or messed up by not testing. I’m just curious what this could mean, he didnt provide much insight beyond that.
Do lawyers request blood test results for alcohol and drugs separately or is everything included in the same report
