Hey everyone, myself and my husband are both civil servants. I am an EO and he is a HEO. We have 40 grand saved so far (took us years) for deposit. Don’t really want to look into FTB as we would not want a new build. I know we need to go to a mortgage advisor but just looking for some advice like how much more to save for deposit and how much of loan would we get if our combined income is about 90 grand a year?
