Hi, im a jee dropper, i scored 95 percentile in jee mains, i'm thinking of joining iet lucknow or any other college through uptac and taking a partial double drop for jee mains, i cannot join any private college because i will change my college next year, should i join the college and how are the hostel rooms and environment of the college can anyone tell me please?
