This hasty transaction, allegedly concluded without appropriate procedural rigor, risks dismantling a cornerstone of our community and violates public trust. Moreover, it violates the strict conveyance on behalf of the city of New Orleans as part of the Donated Sale of Adjudicated Properties (DOAP) program following Hurricane Katrina.
