The internet is stumped and the manufacturer of the fridge (Thetford/Norcold) and of the camper (Northwood Mfg) won’t reply to a customer service request. I need to replace the circuit board behind the upper/eyebrow display on the fridge. I somehow blindly got the two screws out but the faceplate is still stuck on all sides. I have felt around with a credit card to try to locate retainer clips or something but no luck. I tried with a butter knife and tapped the board and the fridge works suddenly but still has unresponsive buttons and hieroglyphics on the display. Has anyone gotten this piece off? Thanks.
