Help, broken or MBD?

I'm a groomer and the shop I work at has some animals, they're pretty good about Animal Care as it's not a huge chain. Most of the people that work here are animal hobbyists are enthusiasts. When they order animals if they think they're too small, in the main office they have some habitats set up to help grow them out so they're not selling tiny baby animals. I was noticing in the last 2 days this one wasn't moving as much. We've had him a couple of months and when I took him out to look at him his front legs aren't moving how they're supposed to. His front left leg almost looks swollen and or broken like his elbow is dislocated, he still has control of his hands and can grab things with him but the arm doesn't really work. Compared to the other chameleon in the same habitat (smaller female) all of his limbs are wonky. Is this MBD or broken/dislocated? I've had skinks and frogs but I don't know much about these guys. The owner thinks it's broken and is trying to figure out who could have done it but the fact that all of his limbs are kind of weird makes me think something else. Any recommendations or help would be much appreciated!

Found this guy labeled Begonia Rex in the $5 bin at Lowe's

Google says Jurassic Watermelon but I don't think it's that epic. Still super cool though! I have a maculata outside and love it's polkadots so this guy immediately caught my eye!

Was gifted an airplant, don't know much about them so I stuck it in my viv. Can it survive here long-term?

Title pretty much says it all, was gifted this plant because I like plants. I know you're not supposed to plant them so I just kind of wrapped it's curly bits around a stick that sits in the middle of my bioactive vivarium. Most of the time you see them under trees so I made sure that it's mostly shaded from the lights but I'm not sure if the humidity would be too much. If the humidity in the viv is high enough would I still need to take it out and soak it once a week? It's not exactly what I wanted for the space but it's cool looking and if I can leave it there that would be nice. Any and all information would be much appreciated!
