What to do next 🤔
SW: 364 CW: 245 started my journey in April 2024. Still taking 15mg weekly but the effects have declined severely in the last 7 months. Was able to get down to 235 but over last 7 months have increased to 245ish. I’m a bit loss on what to do next. Would taking a month break and resuming at 7mg or so be helpful?
