Is this stuff normal for working at Taco Bell? Am I overreacting?

I’ve never worked at an actual job before so I’m not sure if it’s all just me, but within my first couple weeks working at Taco Bell there have been a couple weird instances from the managers and it’s making me consider quitting.

  1. I was not given any on the job training at all and the manager was kinda annoyed whenever I tried to ask questions or show him any of the work the website specifically asked me to show him. After sitting at the computer for six hours, his assistant essentially just chucked me on the line (which went about as well as you can expect). Nobody showed me how to clock in, helped me set up a passcode, or how to operate the kiosk (I was told I didn’t need to know how to use the kiosk, so I don’t know why I’m getting crap for not knowing how to use the goddamn kiosk.)
  2. The main manager has straight up pulled out his phone while I’m in the middle of talking to him and opened reels with the volume blasting more than once. I know I’m not as articulate as I’d like to be and that it’s a soul sucking job to be a general manager at a fast food joint, but also what the hell.
  3. The schedule is posted about a day before it goes into effect and you have to rely on someone in the group chat to send a picture of it. It’s not even one of the managers, it’s always a random person who happens to be working then. Good luck if you’re scheduled for five am the next day and get a response at midnight!
  4. On my third day of working, I was asked to take several training courses for various employees who had no records of taking any of the courses themselves. I was asked to take the ones with a deadline attached to them and the ones it seemed the manager would get in trouble for if they weren’t done. The last names of these ‘employees‘ were all very similar as well (Johnson and Johnston, two people named White) but those are also common last names so IDK man.

Is all of this just me overreacting or is this standard for working at Taco Bell?
I’m sorry for the long post, some of this is just me needing to vent.

UPDATE: Thank ya’ll for all the responses and advice, it was honestly very validating to see this many people pissed off at this, lol. I’m going to send an email to HR and peace out after I get my 300$. Ya boy is getting a bass tuner and then start saving up for an eyebrow piercing ✌️.
