Pork shoulder roast for 99 cents a pound, couldn’t resist. But now what to make with it? I have lots of dried herbs and spices, condiments,beef and chicken stock, dried peppers, onions, garlic, carrots, sweet peppers, celery, cabbage, rice, beans,ramen and pasta pretty well stocked pantry and freezer. What would you create?
