Made it to Mythic with my goofy cat deck.

It's honestly pretty respectable. I'd even call it good as far as completely non meta decks go. Collected Company into Arahbo plus another cat can take you from an empty board to 4+ attackers on the opponent's end phase. If you can follow up with another lord and/or Claws Out on your turn that's probably lethal or at least forces some bad blocks.

It can grind out slower wins too tho through card advantage with Helpful Hunter to draw and Adorned Pouncer to soak up removal and then come back as a huge threat. It's also not the easiest thing to deal with since many common crowd control options only hit 2 CMC or less and will leave your 3 drops and let u rebuild your board quickly. Going card for card when I can pump out multiple attackers can be taxing on resources.

It also has a lot of baked in enchantment/artifact removal. Nobody sees Feline Sovereign coming on turn 3 so you're constantly picking off their Unholy Annex, Beanstalk or (formerly) CSC or other stuff that can run away with longer games. There's also Flanker for grave hate except it can be found with Company and trigger Arahbo too. There's also a frightening number of Izzet players who don't know that if they cast Boomerang on Stormchaser Talent and I sac Felidar Cub to destroy it Boomerang fizzles and they don't even draw.

Obviously it's not without flaws. I really struggled against Selesnya decks that can set up stupidly fast with Badger, also get 2 cards for 1 with Collected Company, and run away with games if you don't remove Enduring Innocence which this deck still doesn't have a great answer to even with all the enchantment removal (hence the Exorcize in the sideboard).

Anyway, thoughts/questions/suggestions/whatever?

Look, I accept that if I play ranked I'm gonna play against Izzet or mono red aggro 90% of the time. People wanna win and these are the best decks. It's so irritating to play unranked tho. Half the time it's STILL the exact same decks and the other half it's some jank combo deck where the opponent does nothing interactive and you either run them over quickly or they eventually drop their combo and auto win. I don't care about winning or losing. I just wanna experience something resembling actual gameplay while playing my dumb Skeleton Tribal deck.
