I’m a 28 year old male, good weight and physically active. I have 3-4 year history of unexplained abdominal pain. I have two distinct pain patterns daily mild sharp pain on the upper left side aggravated by physical work, and episodic severe central epigastric pain every 4-6 months requiring hospital visits because the pain is severe.

I’ve had Multiple abdominal ultrasounds
CT abdomen and pelvis with contrast (multiple)
MRCP
Endoscopy and colonoscopy
Chest X-ray and CTPA
Been told I got an enlarged spleen but no cause for these pains.

Can anyone review scans and give me a second opinion please?
