We just had our roof replaced, they removed our attic fan and covered area with plywood and singled over it. Sales guy had emailed day they were working to ask if we wanted to keep it, we didn't see email for a couple hours and replied that we did want the attic fan.

Ridge vents were installed so I guess this will be enough venting, but why didn't they discuss with us first.

Next day we went to attic to check where they removed the fan left one wire was left uncapped.

Still haven't heard a word from the sales guy, been 1 day. They haven't been paid yet not sure what to do, at least send an electrician to ensure the wires are not exposed in the attic.

Any suggestions?
