Hi sorry 17 and very confused on what Im meant to do. This is for my 17 year old cousin her dad has a settler visa We are trying to get here on a family visa somehow but I'm pretty sure we need a ukvi account but I'm confused on how to get her one since it speaks as if the applicant has been here at some point when she hasn't it's probably simple but I'm confused and don't have anyone to help currently.
