Anybody know what these are on [Magnum XL-200]

Took a walk down the beach and found a lot of these cables tied on the corners of Magnum’s supports, curious if anybody with a ride maintenance background knows wht they might be. Magnum hasn’t opened yet this season, so I assume these are some sort of temporary rigging involved in doing work on it. But I’d love to hear anybody else’s thoughts.
