dyshidrotic eczema is driving me insane… what actually helps?

i've been dealing with dyshidrotic eczema on my hands and it’s honestly been rough. the tiny blisters, intense itching, then the drying and cracking cycle just keeps repeating. i’ve tried a few things but nothing really stops it from coming back long term. If you’ve dealt with this, I’d really like to know what actually helped you manage it, even small changes or routines that made a difference. i'm open to trying anything at this point.

baby eczema... do they actually grow out of it?

FTM here and kinda stressing.

My baby started getting eczema around 2-3 months and it’s been on and off since then. Some days it looks fine, then it flares up again out of nowhere.

I keep reading mixed things… some say babies grow out of eczema, others say it can stick around for years.

For those who’ve gone through this, did your baby eventually outgrow it? And around what age did you notice it getting better (if it did)?

Just trying to get a realistic idea of what to expect because right now it feels like a constant cycle.

eczema people, what cheap products actually work?

Trying not to spend a fortune testing random stuff so figured I’d ask here.

What are the best budget-friendly eczema creams/lotions that actually helped you? Like stuff you can get at Walmart/Target/drugstore.

I’ve tried a few popular ones but it’s so hit or miss. Either it does nothing or it feels okay for like an hour then my skin is dry again.

Looking for something affordable I can stick with long term.
