I have a breach of trust through embezzlement case from my employer. First hearing in misdemanor court on 15th July. I started paying to them on installment since this march without any official settlement. Just internally. this month they said they're gonna make an official agreement which will help me get a light punishment only by fine. So me and the complainant went to Dubai Notary and tried to do the official contract. In the last step when I asked the person who was doing the notary that how it will help me in the court hearing? Then he got surprised and said see this paper wont help in any way in court. Only waiver paper will work.

Then I called my complainant to the room and told him that situation, then my complainant asked the officer that what will happen if I give tanazul, he can run away right? Then the officer said that you both need to discuss. Its not a legal advisory firm. Only they said that settlement paper won't work in court.

My complainant is ready to help me but also they are afraid, thats why I offered them that you can keep my passport until and unless I pay everything back.

Total amount remaining 90000 and I am paying 5000 monthly. I already paid 3 months.

My stress is that if I get punished or jailed i cant pay them back and also I can't look after my family. I have a one year old kid and my wife. They are living here in UAE and I am the only source of income. I admitted my mistake I am just asking for a second chance to make everything right.

Please give me some suggestion if you have the right information how can I fix everything? And if I dont get that tanazul how bad the punishment will be? From the beginning, I am trying to cooperate with the authority. I did admit my mistake and I want to fix everything legally.
