Does anyone else wake up achy? Would this be due to Osteo?

My HX: I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis with a -3.8 in Jan 2024. Took Tymlos for 15 mo. Switched to Evenity October 2025-took 3 monthly injections and ended up with hives. Stopped Dec. 2025. Dexa in Sept. 2025 showed -3.2, so some improvement. The entire time since diagnosis I have increased Protein (I was really lacking) increased supplements, Calcium, magnesium, K2, D3. Started intense strength training, continuing with yoga, and walking. (something every day) Latest Dexa, (March 2026) is -2.7. Major improvement with very little meds. Has anyone had improvement with lifestyle changes? Dr. today wants to throw another medication at me. I want to wait. Thoughts?

Does anyone have experience with older feral friends? I have been feeding and caring for my friend for 14 years. She has showed up every night for food, and sometimes in the morning. I respect her choice not to let me get too close, but sometimes she wanders in my house for fun. Recently she was gone for 11 days, only to return and eat a can of food and disappear again. Her meow is more of a howl, and appears to be quite fearful while eating outside (always looking around etc) I am wondering if her hearing is going and that is why she appears afraid ? She is also staying away for longer periods of time. any suggestions?
