To retire early… how much money do you feel you need to live a regular life. Maybe 1 or 2 trips a year. No Mortgage. 2 teenage kids.

Maybe this gets asked a lot so apologies if it does. I’m not really up on Real Estate. I’ve been looking around Canada on MLS at prices and pretty much everywhere seems really expensive. For the people in the know… do you think we’ll see a draw back on prices or a market crash? I make decent money I feel like it’s crazy overpriced. Who’s buying all these houses?
