Trying to figure out what to prioritize on my MA, and can't tell if porency increases for CdG increase the damage during the lightning claw CdG. Unlike other weapons, it doesn't have a potency listed in the description.

I'm trying to decide which class memory to buy and the relevant node on the mage class has 3% spell lock resist. It sounds like it prevents you from being unable to cast either blessings or coups, but haven't seen anything in game that does this yet. Any ideas on what specifically this does?
