Can sue a large bicycle company (CA headquarters) in CO small claims court. I bought the bike at an authorized retailer here in CO. A crack in my carbon gravel bike frame was discovered by said bike shop and submitted warranty claim, they denied saying “outside force” caused it. I’ve never crashed this bike or dinged it (it’s my baby). I just want to sue for $3,100 for a new frame. Can I do that?
