American Beautyberry
My American beautyberry is starting to turn color. Feels a bit early in my opinion, but I’ll take it.

Spotted my first Monarch this season. Not surprisingly she was only visiting my milkweed that I had planted.
I never had any monarchs in my yard until I started planting milkweeds. It still amazes me that when you plant the plants they want, they somehow just show up.
This was in a seed pack of Zig Zag Goldenrod I purchased to grow for the nursery. Excited to collect seeds from it and add it to the in inventory next year.
Just wanted to show off a few blooms in the garden. Passiflora incarnata, hypericum hypericoides and Oenothera biennis. The last one smells like fruit loops.
