Rescued this guy from being potted in a 10” pot.

I repotted a nepenthes from a mother plant that was dying (not enough sun). I placed it in our greenhouse which has a great amount of humidity and light. But these weird leaves started forming and it still hasn’t pitchered. It’s been about 2 mos, and I repotted it in 60% sphagnum, 20% perlite, and 20% vermiculite.
