Hi All,
Traveling in Peru, spending our time in Lima area and surrounding areas.

Unfortunately cannot eat dairy due to allergy/intolerance and am curious what options are commonly available at restaurants with these limitations. Do foods often contain dairy in Peruvian dishes?
