Replacement Question
Good morning, I hope this post finds you all well. I have to replace a part that connect to this (grounding??) piece and I have two questions. One, should the washer with the wiring overlap the other metal bracket? And two, how tight should the washer with the wiring be? Any information would be much appreciated thank you!

How do I remove this handle?
How do I remove this handle? I have tried to see if there is a hex head screw inside, to no avail and it doesn't seem to slide, twist or pry off.
