Am I overstocked?

I recently had an issue with a second tank. I made the mistake of replacing too much bio media at once and removed too much good bacteria. As a result I lost a couple of fish and will never do that again. Thankfully my wife was WFH and noticed it and moved all of the fish from that tank to our main tank. The problem is now I feel this setup is better if a bit more busy. What I have is a 55 gallon with :

6 X Julii Corydoras

6 X Bosmani Rainbow fish

1 X gold spot pleco.

What I added from the other tank is

6 X pygmy Corydoras

6 X cardinal tetras

1 X Borneo Sucker

I know they are smaller fish but in those groups they seem happy to interact and I have hides for the Pleco and a decent amount of plants?

Should I put the contents of the other fish tank back in to the tank now that it is safe or is it fine to keep them together?
