Adding trademark owner
Hello , wondering if somwone can give advice .
i created a single member llc and this llc registered a trademark. I get an agricultural product from my family in italy . My cousin asked me to add his name ( whether it be his personal name or his parents agricultural company) as a CO-OWNER of this trademark . Is this something I could do myself on uspto or should I get an attorney ? He feels its the right thing to do as he supplies me with my product . There is no other legal reason to do this other than to " make him feel better " . I did all the uspto paperwork myself and supplied them with all my llc documentation when I registered it a few yeaes ago . What should I do next ? I tried navigating uspto a few times but I get lost . He isnt a us citizen , his father/mother own the agricultural company . Is it easier to register under his moms company and if she passes the company and trademark belongs to him ? Any advice would be appreciated
