I just started making Sourdough Bread a couple of months ago and used a starter that was given to me from a family member. I follow Alexandra Cooks’ recipe exactly. I have been getting loaves I am happy with and that my family and friends enjoy. I just had to post this one since it is everyone’s new favorite.

Since the linked recipe is basic and not for inclusions, I just added the freshly shredded Triple Pepper Cheddar Gruyere during my last two stretch and folds.
