37 female no kids, I’ve had mid cycle spotting for a few years, pretty light but consistently happens at diff types during the month. I had 2 ultrasounds and recently they found a very small sub centimeter lesion which is likely a fibroid or polyp. Everything else normal. Not sure if this is what’s causing spotting but My dr gave me the option to have it removed to see if it stops my spotting but doesn’t make it sound like it’s really necessary/ said she’s not concerned it’s anything worse? The spotting isn’t even that much of a pain, my bigger concern was making sure it’s not some sort of cancer.
