Not seeing results

I have been going to the gym consistently for about 3 months now. I’ve always been an athlete during school so I already had some muscle but I was only during cardio (obvious reasons, sports=cardio) and I would do team lifts that we had 1-2 times a week. Now i’m just graduated and done with sports so I started the gym. I’ve always had a bit of belly fat not anything to major but just enough to drive me crazy insecure. I’d consider myself skinny fat. Now that I’ve been in the gym for a few months I am starting to get frustrated. I’ve lost about 2 lbs but I see no difference. My muscles feel stronger but don’t look stronger and my fat has not gone anywhere. I work out 4 times a week and meal prep and eat very healthy. Arm days I do 30 minutes of incline walking and leg days I do 15 minutes of stair master. I also hit abs whenever I feel like it. don’t know what to do anymore. Any tips?
