I have a Finance Associate interview tomorrow and wanted to ask what I should expect.
What kind of questions are typically asked (behavioral, Excel, technical, scenario-based)?
Also, is “Associate” usually considered L2 level, or does that vary by company? Any tips or insights would be really appreciated. Thanks!
I applied to a program finance role, did the questionnaire, recruiter told me my experience is wonderful and sent me an accommodation request email, then I got a rejection email two days later before the interview ever happened.
Still want to work at LM. Now applying to openings across the country.
Background: program finance, prior gov contractor experience, currently at a SaaS company, two MBAs.
What actually works to get in? Referrals? Specific sites or BUs hiring more right now? Anything that helped you break in is appreciated.
