Tips and tricks

Hi friends, I'm currently a nurse. I work a minimum of 12hr (sometimes more) and average 5+ miles per shift of walking. My left foot is my affected foot and it gets progressively worse throughout my shift. When I first start, it feels fine but 3 hours in, and it hurts to even bear weight on it. I wear Birkenstocks, I use an ice roller, I massage my foot and do calve/ foot stretches. I'm unsure of what else to do at this point because it is reaching a point where even at rest it feels tender and painful ☹️ What are some tips and success stories that you guys have found for long shifts requiring you to be on your feet???
