I’m am currently 5 days fully vape free. Disclaimer, I am using 7mg 24 hour patches but taking them off early so only using it for 14 hours a day. I am very proud of where I am at but I keep having weird dreams, only sleeping for an hour at a time and feeling like a zombie every day. If anyone has used patches, does this ease or go away after the 28 day patch course? Any hopeful advice will be great.
