I went to work walked like half a mile fine no pain then I sit down in a chair for 10 min and get up and my foot hurts in the swollen pink area on my foot in the circle. Yes I know I have blisters they don’t hurt but the swollen pink part hurts it feels like I’m walking with 4 quaters stacked up underneath ima get X-rays tomorrow but idk what going on. Any ideas/ suggestions? I’m going to ice it when I get home from work tonight
