My experience with BBDbuy has been extremely disappointing

I’ve been using BBDbuy for a while, and at this point I genuinely cannot understand how this platform is supposed to compete with other purchasing agents when almost every part of the service feels unnecessarily slow, complicated and frustrating.
This is not about one isolated bad experience. There are problems across multiple parts of the service:
🚨 1. CUSTOMER SERVICE — EXTREMELY SLOW
The customer service is probably the biggest problem.
You send a message, and then you basically have to wait and hope someone eventually decides to answer.
Even when you ask something extremely simple like an update regarding an existing order or refund, there can be no meaningful response.
I currently have refund requests showing “Pending Refund” / “Refunding”, and I have contacted support asking them to check what is happening.
Instead of getting an actual explanation or solution, I’m left waiting.
What is the point of having a customer support system if customers cannot actually get support?

🚨 2. REFUNDS — ABSOLUTELY FRUSTRATING
This is another major issue.
When you request a refund, you expect the process to actually move forward.
Instead, you can end up staring at:
“Pending Refund”
or
“Refunding”
with no useful information about what is actually happening.
There is no clear communication, no transparent explanation and, in my experience, getting someone to actually address the problem is extremely difficult.
I shouldn’t have to repeatedly contact support just to ask:
“Where is my money?”

🚨 3. PURCHASING SERVICE: WAY TOO SLOW
The purchasing service is also extremely frustrating.
You submit something you want purchased and then you’re left waiting while the process moves incredibly slowly.
For an agent service, speed is literally one of the main reasons people use an agent in the first place.
If I wanted to wait forever for basic purchasing actions to happen, I could just do everything myself.

🚨 4. SHIPPING / DELIVERY: SLOW AND FRUSTRATING
Shipping is another area where my experience has been disappointing.
Orders can sit around at different stages and you don’t always have a clear idea of what is actually happening.
The problem isn’t necessarily that every shipment is going to be fast — international shipping obviously takes time.
The problem is the lack of communication and transparency when things are delayed.
You shouldn’t have to constantly check your order and wonder whether anything is actually happening behind the scenes.

🚨 5. COMMUNICATION IS THE BIGGEST UNDERLYING PROBLEM
And honestly, this is what makes all of the other problems worse.
If purchasing is slow → tell the customer.
If a refund is delayed → tell the customer.
If shipping is delayed → tell the customer.
If there is a problem with an order → tell the customer.
Instead, the experience often feels like:
submit request → wait → wait → wait → contact support → wait again.
That is incredibly frustrating.

🚨 6. THE PLATFORM FEELS UNDERSTAFFED
I obviously cannot know how many people actually work at BBDbuy, but based on my experience, the service gives the impression that there simply aren’t enough people handling customer requests efficiently.
The response times, the lack of follow-up and the amount of time required to get even basic issues addressed make it feel like customers are constantly waiting in a queue.
And if that is the case, BBDbuy needs to fix its customer support capacity.

🚨 7. TOO MUCH WORK FOR THE CUSTOMER
Another thing that really bothers me is how much effort the customer has to put into solving problems.
You shouldn’t have to:
repeatedly contact support;
ask for updates multiple times;
constantly check whether a refund moved;
wonder whether an order is actually being processed;
chase people for basic information.
The agent should be making the process easier, not creating another full-time job for the customer.

And don't get me started on the quality of the QC pictures. I also am suspicious regarding their product swapping allegations.....

FINAL VERDICT
After dealing with the purchasing process, shipping, refunds and customer service, my overall experience with BBDbuy has been extremely frustrating.
The biggest problem isn’t even one specific feature.
It’s the combination of:
Slow purchasing
Slow customer service
Slow refunds
Slow order processing
Frustrating shipping experience
Poor communication
Little transparency
Constantly having to chase support

There are plenty of purchasing agents available. If you’re going to charge people money to handle their orders, the service needs to actually save the customer time and stress.
Right now, my experience with BBDbuy has been the opposite.
You pay them to make the process easier, and then you spend your time chasing them for updates.
I genuinely hope they improve their service, because the concept itself is useful — but the execution and customer experience need serious improvement.

If anyone else has used BBDbuy recently, I’m curious whether you’ve had the same problems with slow purchasing, slow refunds, shipping delays and practically nonexistent customer support.
