same as title, i am super duper new to programming, and i can't get a hold of github, how do i figure out stuff on there ?

Submitted it to the following link, now what ? I just go to next problem and continue ?
Also is there a scheduled deadline to anything ?

Considering the fees is almost double and my home state is delhi.

How vast is the difference ? From my research avg at GTBIT is shown 7 lpa. And for JIIT, avg is shown to be 12 lpa.

Apart from that, JIIT has great infra.

But eventually, will have to prepare for off campus placements myself.

How is the coding culture, exposure, clubs and all that, on campus placement rates (comparison between the two) ?

I have researched but it's different everywhere and I am a bit confused.

If there is a senior who could help, please do.

I have 4044XX rank, 74.7 percentile.

I personally am not seeking for any campus life or anything. I just want a decent college and peers.

How are the placements ? Ofc it's not going to be great but like is it absolutely null ? What percentage of people are getting placed on ca

75 percentile in jee mains, around 4 lakh rank, general Female.

What colleges and likewise branch should I go for.

Since it's tier 2-3 will I be able to get cse in lower ipu colleges?

Or should I go for any other core branch at them ?

Like what are my chances here ? (Till the spot rounds)
