CBSE evaluation system feels completely broken — teacher reveals they were forced to check papers till 2 AM and still gave “average” marks without proper checking
just came across a video of a Chemistry teacher openly talking about the CBSE evaluation process, and honestly it’s really concerning.
According to the teacher, they were made to check answer sheets till as late as 2 AM, under extreme workload and pressure. Because of this, many copies were not evaluated properly and students ended up receiving average or unfair marks.
This raises a serious question about how fair the evaluation system actually is. If teachers are exhausted and rushing through papers, then students’ future is literally being decided in an unfair condition.
This is not about blaming teachers — it’s clearly a system issue. The workload, timing, and pressure seem completely unrealistic during board evaluation.
If CBSE expects students to perform perfectly in exams that decide their future, shouldn’t the evaluation process also be equally strict and fair?
Would love to hear if others have experienced similar inconsistencies in checking or marking.
